With a reputation for high-end interior design, a local agency needed its website to work harder and demonstrate the beauty of their designs. With a portfolio of projects that didn’t get much attention, we worked to make their projects speak for themselves.
The Results
A cleaner more usable aesthetic
With their old website showing it’s age, we worked to understand what was working well and what was hampering the goal of giving their work more attention. I worked to evolve the established design language in a way that didn’t alienate existing clients but that worked to increase focus on their projects. Key to this was revising the typography and use of imagery across the site.
An increase in project views
The redesigned home page helped to increase project page views from the mid-teens to low hundreds in the first three months.
A stronger about page also helped to increase the communication of expertise to potential clients, and the new contact page began bringing fresh enquiries.
